Return and Refund Policy

Puppy Surrender/Refund Agreement as of 3/1/2025:

In the event of an Owner requested return/surrender by no fault of the puppy's current health issues listed in original health agreement that was signed by both Buyer, now current Owner, and Breeder on puppy's original purchase date, no refund will be issued to Owner after 48 hours.

If returned before 48 hours, any potential partial refund amount (not including the $500 non-refundable original reservation fee) will be given after all new vet bill costs, a temporary ongoing daily care fee of $20 per day, varied daily feed costs, all costs related to deworming or parasite treatment related to stress and/or quarantine, and any additional advertising costs for rehoming have been deducted from original purchase price. Owner understands the puppy will immediately be examined by Breeder's vet or walk-in vet clinic if returned after hours for a new health clearance, Parvo and fecal test. If puppy is found healthy at Breeder's Vet's exam appt. and ready to find its new home, the remaining refund amount (if any) will be refunded after four calendar days once the returned/surrendered puppy is re-adopted and purchased/placed into a new home. We prefer all puppies/dogs to be reintegrated into a new home as soon as possible once returned and will work diligently to try to make that happen. In no way can we guarantee a specific rehoming timeframe as it is difficult to re-home a "returned" puppy/dog as it sadly will now carry a certain stigma in the eyes of potential new inquiring families that is in no way the puppy/dog's fault, but unavoidable none the less. 

If surrendered/returned after 48 hours from initial purchase date, Owner understands the puppy will be examined by Breeder's vet for a new health clearance, Parvo and fecal test, and any shot updates that the puppy may be missing based on its current age when surrendered. Owner understands that zero refund amount will be given to surrendering Owner after 48 hours from initial purchase date.

***** We do not guarantee a refund in any amount, at any time, if puppy is found sick in any way or unable to be rehomed due to illness or injury that happened while in Owner's possession once puppy leaves our residence on or after original purchase date. *****

Governing Law. This Agreement, and all matters arising out of or relating to this Agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions thereof.
